From our attentive LPN-Directed Center Care and convenient Door-to-Door Transportation to our nourishing culinary offerings and engaging Social Activities, every facet of our center is tailored to your well-being.
Our commitment to excellence extends to our operating hours as well. To accommodate even the busiest of schedules, we have thoughtfully extended our services from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This deliberate flexibility not only grants participants the freedom they need but also provides caregivers with unparalleled peace of mind.

LPN-Directed
Center Care:
Our Site Directors are LPN’s so they can attend to the medical needs of our participants, monitoring daily health as well as administering medications as prescribed. Our staff receives on-going training, so they stay up to date in all areas of care
Nourishing Meals:
Our nutritionist guides our Chef’s meals that are made from scratch, skillfully balanced and low sodium. Our participants enjoy delectable, yet health-conscious culinary delights.
Door-to-Door Transportation:
Our trained drivers assist participants each step of the journey from home to van, van to center and the reverse in the evening.
Social Activities:
Our activities promote individual success and boost morale through engaging them with special visitors, field trips, music programs, games, brain games, crafts, and exercise.
Convenient Operating Hours:
To cater to busy schedules, we extend our service from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, giving our participants and their caregivers flexibility and peace of mind.
Individualized Care:
The Site Directors work with the caregivers to create each Participants care plan and goals. That guides our staffs’ care and interaction with each participant to meet their individualized social, physical, and emotional needs and goals. (Showers given at some centers by request).
Reasons for Denying a Candidate for St. Elizabeth’s Adult Day Care Centers
The health and safety of all participants are of the utmost importance. For this reason, specific needs and behaviors may require may require denial of attendance in the following situations. In the event that denial occurs, the staff of St. Elizabeth’s Adult Day Care may assist with referral to appropriate community resources. When the reason for the denial is expected to be time limited, a plan for a delayed start or reintegration will be designed to meet the needs of the participant.
St. Elizabeth’s Adult Day Care Center works to retain all clients; however, there are certain situations that may prompt a decision to discontinue or deny services to a client in our care. Below is a listing of situations that may require return will be discussed with client.
1. If the candidate needs more than one-person assistance for their Activities of Daily Living.
2. If the candidate’s behavior endangers themselves or others.
3. If a feeding tube is required.
4. If the candidate is a severe elopement risk.
5. If the candidates’ behavior requires more than 1 staff member to 8 Participant care. One on one care is not available.
