Payment Sources
St. Elizabeth Adult Day Care Center strives to make payments as simple and convenient as possible for our participants. We offer a wide range of payment options, from Private Pay to Veterans Benefits, Medicaid, Department of Mental Health, Aging Ahead and Aging Matters, all of which can be tailored to suit individual needs. Additionally, we work with multiple agencies to provide flexible payment solutions for our valued clients.

Private Pay
St. Elizabeth’s Adult Day Care Center daily rate is $95 which includes:
- Weekday wellness oversight by an LPN as well as medication administration
- Breakfast and lunch made from scratch with a dietitian’s oversight
- Fully engaging activities including arts and crafts, music, physical activities, field trips and more
- A safe and nurturing environment
- Transportation provided for participants within a 10-mile-radius for an additional $ 9.50 each way
Veterans Affairs
VA Aid and Attendance or Housebound benefits provide monthly payments added to the amount of a monthly VA pension for qualified Veterans and survivors. If you need help with daily activities, or you’re housebound, find out if you qualify for adult day care services which are covered by these benefits.



Medicaid
We are pleased to offer assistance with certain medical expenses. Upon approval, you will gain access to comprehensive healthcare coverage through Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet). This coverage is distinct from Medicare, providing additional benefits not typically included in the program, such as adult day care services.

Mental Health
Missouri Department of Mental Health, your trusted source for comprehensive support and care. We are dedicated to providing vital information and crisis assistance to residents of Missouri facing mental illness and developmental disabilities. In addition, we proudly extend our helping hand through a wide range of payment assistance programs for adults 18 and older including covering adult day care services.



Aging Ahead
Aging Ahead has been providing vital supportive services to St. Louis, St. Charles, and Jefferson counties. Unemployed caregivers responsible for a 60 years and older, potential participants should ask about their caregiver program. This program allows for participant time in our centers so the caregiver can get a much-needed break

Aging Matters
Aging Matters, formerly known as Southeast Missouri Area Agency on Aging. Our core mission is to provide quality services that enhance the health, safety, and well-being of individuals aged 60 and above. We strive to enable them to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Adult Day Care Services are part of the aging-in- place plan.
