About Mr. Money

Richard is a licensed nursing home administrator with more than 40 years of experience in the senior living industry. Throughout his career, he has held a wide range of leadership and operational roles, with a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life and care for older adults across the full continuum of services.

Most recently, Richard served as Regional Director for St. Andrew’s Management Services, where he provided operational oversight, leadership, and strategic support to multiple senior living communities. His experience spans independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and home health services, supporting organizations in delivering comprehensive, resident-centered care.

Prior to that, Richard spent many years with LCS, most notably as Executive Director of Friendship Village Sunset Hills, a large Life Plan Community. During his tenure, he led key initiatives including the introduction of assisted living services and expansion into home health. He oversaw care and operations for approximately 500 residents and a team of 280 employees. He also served communities nationwide in interim executive roles, providing leadership during times of transition.

Richard holds bachelor’s, master’s, and MBA degrees from Webster University, all with an emphasis in health care and health services management. He has also contributed to the field through board and committee service, including serving as President of LeadingAge Missouri.

We are excited to have Richard join the St. Elizabeth’s family and look forward to his leadership as we continue to grow and serve our participants, families, and community.

Our Mission

St. Elizabeth Adult Day Care Center's mission is to provide a safe, comfortable, wholesome, and stimulating environment for the elderly and individuals with special needs.

We will accomplish this by operating as a Christian institution, by recognizing that each person, staff, and participant is to be respected, loved, and cared for as a Child of God.

We will serve participants in conjunction with their families by respecting the dignity of each person, fostering a Christian concern for one another, and developing or maintaining the capabilities of each person.
