Who We Serve
We serve a diverse community of people through our memory support and disability care services. St. Elizabeth is a welcoming environment for individuals who require daily care and supervision, specifically:
Older Adults
While the average age of participants in adult day care programs is 72, approximately 32% of participants are under 65. We welcome older adults of many ages and abilities in our programs.
Individuals with Cognitive Impairments
Individuals with cognitive impairments like Alzheimer's and other types of dementia are also welcome in our program. 52% of adult day care participants in the U.S. have a cognitive impairment. St. Elizabeth partners with families to provide specialized care that meets every individual at their highest level of ability.
Adults with Physical Disabilities
We welcome adults with physical disabilities into our center. Our skilled nurses regularly communicate with caregivers. This approach ensures each person receives the support they need for daily activities or personal care.

Benefits for Participants and Caregivers
Enrolling a loved one in adult day care is beneficial for both participants and caregivers.

What to Expect at Our Adult Day Care Center
We combine structure and flexibility.
Our staff works directly with caregivers to create a plan that enhances the well-being of your loved one. Participants and their families can choose how many days per week they want to attend the day center.
Each day begins with a morning welcome and health check. Our staff provides structured activities, such as crafts and music, throughout the day and offers opportunities for meals and rest. We host events that allow participants to socialize, like holiday celebrations and outings.
