St. Elizabeth’s Adult Day Care Centers provides compassionate, community-based adult day services for individuals 18 years and older with developmental, cognitive, and physical disabilities. Our specialized programs are designed to meet the daily care needs of adults with chronic conditions, while giving families and caregivers the reliable support they deserve.

Adult Day Care for a Wide Range of Disabilities and Health Conditions

Our adult day care centers serve individuals with a variety of diagnoses, including:

We welcome participants with mild to moderate care needs who benefit from social interaction, structured daily routines, therapeutic activities, and supervision in a secure setting.

Please note: While our team provides attentive support and personal care, one-on-one care is not provided.

St. Elizabeth’s offers a cost-effective alternative to in-home caregiving or assisted living. Our adult day health centers promote independence, engagement, and dignity, helping participants remain active and socially connected.
