Saint Elizabeth’s Adult Day Care Centers is proud to recognize Kimberly Cooper, Compliance Director.

Kim brings more than a decade of experience in the senior living industry, with a career focused on enhancing quality of care, supporting operational excellence, and strengthening regulatory compliance across service lines.

She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, is a licensed residential care and assisted living administrator, and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance. Her background includes leadership and operational experience in surveying, memory care, executive support, quality assurance, and compliance.

Kim’s well-rounded perspective allows her to support our organization through a strong combination of clinical knowledge, regulatory expertise, and organizational leadership. Her commitment to integrity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement aligns closely with our mission of providing compassionate, person-centered care.
