About the event
Amanda Landsbaum,
MS, OTR/L
Amanda is an occupational therapist with 23 years of experience working in the community. She received her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Occupational Therapy from Saint Louis University and a Master’s degree of Science with a focus on allied health and education. She has worked with numerous populations, but the majority of her career has been spent serving the Parkinson’s community.
Amanda has coordinated a research study on home modifications for older adults and published a journal article in the Canadian Journal of Occupational Therapy. She has presented nationally and internationally and has taught occupational therapy students at the graduate level for many years, focusing on community program development. Amanda is currently the program director of the Missouri Chapter of the APDA and is passionate about providing high-quality, accessible programming for people and families living with Parkinson Disease.
